Hi. My name is Claire and I have a room available for rent in a great house in Footscray at $200 per week plus bills and utilities. I work full time during the week and am looking for a young female professional to co-share the house with. The house is in a very good location - 5 minutes walk to Footscray Station and Footscray shops, restaurants and fresh fruit and veg market. It is also close to bike tracks along the Maribyrnong River. It is modern and comfortable with two bedrooms, open-style kitchen and living room, bathroom, laundry facilities, a study and small outside area. The house is furnished but your room would not be, except for a large storage cupboard. Street parking is available with the purchase of a permit. I have a lease until the end of December with the option of an extension for another year. I am looking for someone to move in at the end of Sepetember but this is negotiable for the right person.
